By using the Website, submitting a request for a quote, or entering into a service agreement with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. • Smart Infrastructure: Integrated systems for homes, businesses, and institutions.

• Power Backup Solutions: Installation and maintenance of power backup systems to ensure operational continuity.

• Maintenance & Support: Ongoing technical support, system maintenance, and upgrades.

All Services are subject to the specific terms outlined in a separate Service Agreement or Statement of Work provided to you at the time of engagement.

4. User Representations and Responsibilities

By using our Website and Services, you represent and warrant that:

1. You have the legal capacity and agree to comply with these Terms.

5. Quotes, Fees, and Payment

8. Equipment and Products

• Warranties: Equipment warranties are provided by the respective manufacturers. Elkom Technologies Limited will pass through manufacturer warranties and assist with warranty claims, but our liability is limited to the terms of those manufacturer warranties.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any Service Agreements or Statements of Work provided to you, constitute the entire agreement between you and Elkom Technologies Limited regarding our Services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
